Return Policy

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we accept returns and provide refunds if the item you purchased has a major fault. A major fault includes:

  • A problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • It is significantly different from the description or sample shown to you.
  • It is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
  • It doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed within a reasonable time.

If a fault is identified, you have the choice of a refund or exchange. Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or dissatisfaction with the product. It is essential to review product descriptions and specifications before making your purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of our team confirming the major fault. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
